The extensive menu features authentic Chinese and Western dishes. You can sample barramundi in several seafood mains cooked Chinese style and if you love seafood you’ll be spoilt for choice; about 30 dishes feature prawns, scallops, squid, crab and more. Red and white meats and vegetarian dishes are also plentiful. You’ll find all those well-known Chinese flavours here, from ginger to chilli plum and black bean sauce. Favourites such as lemon chicken, honey pork and Mongolian beef range alongside egg flower soup, oysters Kilpatrick, duck with plum sauce and Moreton Bay bug tail with hot spicy salt.
